GHG Software Developments Ltd have adopted the Webex broadband facility to enable them to both demonstrate and support users via the Internet.

Within the last month, they have demonstrated to corporate prospects with "attendees" viewing the same demonstration simultaneously from London, Philadelphia and New York.

A thalidomide user whose hard disk had crashed was up and running remotely within just a couple of hours -- previously this would have necessitated a full day trip!
